2 years hop Ruse
HOP Ruse celebrated its second birthday from its opening on 20th of June!
Among the guests presented young people, who are already successfully living independently, present users of FSCI services, colleagues, partners and representatives of Ruse Municipality. We are very happy, that in the face of Ruse Municipality Mayor, Mr. Plamen Stoilov and the social services in the town we find serous, conscious and engaged with the problems of the young people in risk partners. In his congratulatory speech, Mr. Stoilov said:
“I wish to all the team of the foundation, to continue working for ceasing the vicious cycle of poverty and social isolation, in which the young people, coming out from institutions, are caught! I am convinced, that with your support they can be citizens of full value!”
Our balance: through the programme have passed 10 young people – 5 girls and 5 boys. One of the girls is studying in Ruse University; she is working and has a serious boyfriend. Three from the boys have constant work and live independently.
At the present moment in HOP Ruse live three young men, one of them works and the others are looking for work.
We are happy, that our celebration was an opportunity for one young man to learn more about us and to receive suggestion for a place in House of Opportunity – Ruse.
