“House of Opportunity” Varna has been operating since October 2016. The observed home was realized with the support of the national donation campaign of VIVACOM – Operation “Yellow Coins”. VIVACOM has been a partner of the “Foundation for Social Change and Inclusion” for 3 consecutive years (2014-2017).
Since 2019, the service has been managed by the “Development and Integration” Association, the city of Varna, with the methodological support of the FSPI. The main funding is provided by the Municipality of Varna.
