With the help of Gabrovo Municipality, local volunteers and Technomarket Bulgaria, House of Opportunity opened its doors in Gabrovo in October 2010. There are 7 state-owned children’s institutions in the region, which, when they turn 18, the young residents have to leave. Our programme gives them a chance to start successfully their independent living. The observed home operated 2010 – 2017.

| The building was given to FSCI by Gabrovo Municipality with 10 years’ free use. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 common rooms, kitchen, staff room, bathroom and 2 toilets. |
